Here's how to bag your dream clients/customers
The subject line speaks volumes about today's newsletter.
I'm talking about the brokie clients that ask for 120% of your service and pay crumbs. They love over-communicating and annoying you on Slack 24/7.
The cure to this sad existence is to hone down your ICP.
Okay, when I say ICP.
I mean: IDEAL. CUSTOMER. PROFILE.
Who NEEDS your service and craves a solution to their problems. Understanding why they want our goods and services is vital.
BUT...
You can't serve everyone as your ICP. When I first started my agency, I took every client that came my way with money.
Marketing agency? I gotchu
TikTok Organic Agency? I gotchu
OnlyFans Agency? Haram.
The point is you need to niche down to get better results for your ICP.
Once you have a niche, the second part is to figure out the prospect's traits.
It's like a Dungeons and Dragons character sheet for your dream clients.
It looks like this:
Prospect's Traits:
>>> Companies that do a minimum of 25 million dollars annually who are in the finance industry.
>>>Companies with a minimum headcount of 300 in North America.
>>>Banks in London with a minimum headcount of 50.
Why do you have to do this?
Because it makes your outreach more targeted and personalized, we can showcase case studies that helped other prospects within the same niche, etc.
The moral of the story is that you should hone down your ICP and blitzkrieg them with personalized outreach (Cold Calling, Cold Emails).
